Welcome to Associação de Capoeira Cordão de Contas, Philippines. We are a professional Capoeira show team serving the Asia Pacific region. Under the supervision of Mestre Torpedo, who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, we teach the unique Brazilian art of Capoeira in Cebu City at our academy, schools and orphanages.

This is the homepage for the only Capoeira academy in the Central Visayas. We are headed by Professor Lobo (Jensen Chow), who was crowned the Asia Pacific Capoeira Champion by the Superliga Brasileira de Capoeira in 2004, and is the 1st Filipino to receive the Capoeira rank of "Professor". We also have 5 fully qualified "Instrutor" ranks among our Cebuano crew, and a "Monitor" rank based in Manila, Monitor Pipo. 


We are a part of Associação de Capoeira Cordão de Contas, an international Capoeira Grupo / Association with branches around the world.
